Who is Andrew Nam?

At the ripe old age of 18, my car was T-boned by a truck. This accident fractured my neck, bent my spine, and dislocated my knees. Over the next 10 years, these injuries “cascaded” into chronic degenerative arthritis, IBS, weight gain, and chronic fatigue, leaving me, at age 30, feeling like an 80-year-old man. Every doctor and specialist told me to "just live with it" and that "there was nothing that they could do" (except, of course, write me another prescription).

After suffering from what I call the "Feel Like Crap" Syndrome for over 20 years, I got fed up. I was sick and tired of living less than half a life. So, I decided to start my own journey to heal my body.  Over the last seven years, I have been learning from the best, most innovative and cutting-edge scientists, doctors, and functional nutritionists. I researched everything there was to know about functional and cellular health and nutrition, and put it into practice in my own life. As a result, I have finally healed my own body, lost 20 pounds, and put an end to “feeling like crap.”

My own journey has inspired me to help others heal their bodies. It is possible, even easy, to live a longer, more vital life, free from pain, free from dependence on painkillers, and just… free.
