Hey I am Andrew

What does longevity mean to you?

With our busy and frantic lives, do you think about how long you might live, or more to the point, what the quality of your life will be as you age? Too often, many of us don’t worry about our longevity until we are much older and our health is in a downward spiral.

For me, that moment took place much earlier than most. On my high school graduation year, I was driving to my girlfriend’s house when, out of nowhere, a one-ton truck T-boned my car on the driver’s side.

The impact felt like I was hit by a train and left lacerations to my face, severed part of my left ear, fractured the 3rd neck vertebrae, broke my left collar bone, bent my spine sideways, dislocated my knees, and caused multiple internal injuries.

To this day, I don’t know how I survived, but I did.

After 2 months of rest and rehab, I went to see my orthopedic specialist. He looked at my x-rays, checked me out, and then he told me that I will never recover 100%, and that the damage to my body will cause me to lose most of my mobility as I get older. His exact words were,

“When you get to your 30’s, you will have the body and the mobility of a 70-year old.”

He told me to enjoy life, exercise more and eat better,, and then prescribed me with Tylenol No3 pain killers and set me on my way.

To quote Dr. Myron Wentz, I felt I was “Living too short and dying too long”

Over the next 10-15 years, I tried to stay as HEALTHY as possible, I exercised at least 3-5 times a week, did a lot of weight training and played lots of badminton. I was eating out less and more home cooked meals.

As I approached my 30’s, I could feel my body breaking down. I was gaining weight, had major joint pains, developed IBS and asthma. I was popping Tylenol No 3 like they were candy because my back and neck pains were intolerable. Eventually my doctor prescribed me Vicodin to manage the pain.

When I hit 40, my chronic degenerative arthritis became unbearable. I stopped exercising and playing badminton. I was in so much pain every morning that I literally had to roll myself off the bed and push myself up from the floor. I couldn’t sit for long periods of time or stand for long periods of time. I felt like a 40-year old trapped in a 70-year old body.

At that point, I had been happily married to the girl of my dreams for over 10 years and I looked at our lives and asked myself:

What did Longevity mean to me and to our relationship?

I wasn’t able to really take care of her. I was tired all the time and I didn’t have the energy or strength to travel with her. I was overweight and had IBS whenever we went out to eat. I was a very angry person at anything and everything.

I couldn’t envision what my life would be like in another 5 to 10 years. I just knew that this was not the life I wanted and not how I would like to spend the rest of my years with my wife. She deserved better and so did I.

Fast Forward to Today

For the last 6 years I spent all my time studying and learning from the best scientists, doctors and functional nutritionists, reading research on functional and cellular health and nutrition. I’ve tried different exercise plans, different diet plans, body hacks, vitamins, lotions, potions, etc.

I just turned 49 this year.

I no longer need pain medication. I’ve lost over 30lbs and I no longer suffer from IBS or chronic degenerative arthritis.

As a bonus, I no longer suffer from asthma and not only do I look younger, I am in better shape, I am stronger and more flexible than I was 20 years ago.

I now spend my time inspiring and teaching others what I learned over the years, so that you don’t need to suffer from chronic diseases like I did for many years.

It is more than just eating better and exercise if you want Longevity.

It is so much more. It is what your body can do with what you eat and how you exercise.

For over 25 years, I suffered from “Feel Like Crap” syndrome, because I believed what conventional doctors and specialists told me, that it was a condition that was manageable by pain medication.

What I thought was healthy eating and beneficial exercises actually caused more damage to my body and aged me faster.

Have you heard of the ’80/20’ Rule?

It’s also called The Pareto principle. It states that for many events, roughly

80% of the results come from 20% of the efforts made.

Have you noticed that you wear 20% of your clothes 80% of the time or that 80% of your income comes from 20% of your clients?

This rule applies to the world of nutrition also.

There are so many specialty diet and exercise programs, what we call systems, that personal trainers and nutrition coaches swear by, such as the Paleo diet, Vegan diet, Ketogenic diet, P90x, Taibo, Insanity and HIIT.

These systems DO help people, but only about 80% of the population.

80% of people can probably go on any of these systems, drink a smoothie, cut carbs, eat veggies only or join a gym and do some specialized workout program; and lose weight and feel better.

What about the remaining 20%?

20% of millions of people are suffering from some form of chronic disorder and CAN’T use these systems.

These diets and exercise programs will not work for the remaining 20%. Their current diet or lifestyle is causing inflammation and deficiencies that can lead to chronic disorders. They fail to lose weight, gain weight or feel better with the conventional diets and exercise Programs. They have FLC syndrome or "Feel Like Crap" Syndrome.

Are you part of that 20% that has tried everything and still have “Feel Like Crap” syndrome?

Join the club, so was I. I had chronic degenerative arthritis and asthma that went nuts when I tried any of these conventional systems.

I specialize in helping those that have tried the conventional systems and failed. I have been on that journey, and I know what you are suffering.

We create bio-individualized systems for those that doesn’t fit the “one size fits all”.

And for the remaining 80%, our programs not only work for the 20% but also work extremely well for you too!

Without the right guidance and protocols, even though you may be currently in the 80%, you can anytime fall into the 20% and start suffering from symptoms leading to chronic disorders.
